Whey Pro is a whey protein concentrate formula ,containing 80% whey,with a high biological value.Whey protein concentrate is derivated from sweet whey by an innovating technology of ultrafiltration and agglomeration.Due to the fact that this process take place at a lower temperature,the whey protein is delivered completely.

Recommended use: mix 1-2 scoops (30-60 g) of whey pro in water,low fat milk,or juice.
On training days,take at least 2 scoops :1 scoop 45 minutes prior to exercise and 1 scoope between meals.On non-training days take 1 scoop between meals.
